Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the property in advance using the contact details provided on their booking confirmation. The rate includes accommodation, beds made on arrival, bed linen, towels, household linen (bath mat and kitchen towel), a cleaning kit, two bathrobes, and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and dishes). Charges and taxes are included, except for the tourist tax and any applicable booking fees. A basic WiFi connection is included, while unlimited WiFi access is available at an additional cost. Guests also benefit from complimentary access to the residence’s wellness facilities, including an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hammam, and cardio-training room. It is possible, subject to availability and an additional fee, to request a specific apartment location after booking by contacting the residence directly. Invoices are issued under the name provided at the time of booking. Payment is accepted by credit card only. In the event of non-payment within the required timeframe, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may also incur additional charges. Pets are welcome upon request, with an additional charge of €70 per pet per week or €11 per pet per day for stays of less than seven nights. In July and August, Pierre & Vacances offers guests a special activity benefit to make the most of their mountain stay. In Chamonix, a €40 activity voucher is provided per apartment for stays of at least 7 nights, to be used with our partner Evolution 2 Chamonix. Rafting, canyoning, mountain biking, hydrospeed, hiking, and more activities are available for an unforgettable outdoor experience. The voucher is given upon arrival. Activities must be booked in advance, are subject to availability, and are operated by independent third-party providers and may be subject to change.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
